The strong smell from the Exscrapagazna Scrapbook Kit is the result of 2 items: 1) The 8 sheets of Sticky, Sparkly Chipboard shapes, and 2) Only the sparkly items in the Goodie Box of Shapes.
The smell is specifically due to the boards that have glitter. The kit was shrink-wrapped to better protect it during the shipping process, and this contributed to the strong smell being trapped inside. Both HSN and our 3 Birds Partner recommend that, in order to remove the strong smell, you should take all the items out of the box and lay them out. By airing the items out for awhile, the smell will greatly dissipate. Thank you. We hope you enjoy this product.
