• Patterned paper of your choice
• Calendar grid paper
• Scraparatus & alphabet die set
• Orange cardstock
• Maroon cardstock
• Brads of your choice
• Rub-ons of your choice
• Paper trimmer
• Scissors
• Dark brown ink
• Paper piercer or thumbtack

Directions:

1. Cut 3 ½” off top portion of patterned paper. Ink edges and adhere the large piece to the lower portion of maroon cardstock.
   
2. Cut one 5 ½” x 7 ½”, two 4” x 3” and five 2” squares from orange cardstock; ink edges.
   
3. Adhere larger pieces to patterned paper as seen in picture above.
   
4. Rub on various images and words to the five squares, ink edges and adhere to top portion of layout.
   
5. Cut down the calendar grid paper, ink edges and adhere to the upper portion of another piece of maroon cardstock.
   
6. Apply “September” to the left portion of the first row on grid using the Scraparatus with alphabet die set. Day 1 starts on Saturday of the first row. Continue placing numbers on the grid from 1-30.
   
7. Rub on various images of your choice such as leaves, apples, “labor day” and “first day of autumn” around grid.
   
8. From left over portion of patterned paper, use a piece on the bottom left side; ink edges and adhere bottom right portion of calendar grid layout. Another option is to use the Scraparatus to cut out the letters from the patterned paper to spell September. 
   
9. Rub on an image or saying of your choice such as “Warm days, cool nights” to a 1” piece of orange cardstock, ink edges and adhere beside “September” on bottom.
   
10. Pierce 5 holes and attach 5 brads of your choice to bottom left corner
