Victorian-style Christmas Card

Finished Size: 81⁄2" x 51⁄2"
 
Materials:
  • red cardstock
  • ecru cardstock
  • green cardstock 
  • red patterned paper
  • holiday border punch
  • adhesive
  • ColorCutter® Glimmering Gold 
  • Victorian Christmas clip art of your choice
  • corner punch
  • stickers of your choice
  • red glitter glue
  • gold glitter glue
  • ribbons
  • button
 
Directions:
  1. Score and fold red cardstock to finished size.

  2. Using a holiday border punch, punch along right hand side of card (see photo).

  3. Cut a piece of ecru cardstock and adhere to inside of card to form lace effect edge.

  4. Cut red patterned paper 81⁄2" x 43⁄4" using ColorCutter® Glimmering Gold and adhere to front of card.

  5. Choose your favorite Victorian Christmas clip art, cut out using ColorCutter® Glimmering Gold and adhere to card front.

  6. Cut ecru cardstock 41⁄4" x 2" using ColorCutter® Glimmering Gold, edge bottom with holiday border punch, and adhere to card as shown. 

  7. For inside of card cut green cardstock 51⁄2" x 41⁄2", and round corners with corner punch.  Use the holiday border edge as shown in photo. Attach sentiment to green cardstock and adhere both to card.

  8. To complete card embellish front with stickers of your choice, and red and gold glitter glue as shown. Add ribbons and a button.
