• Medium teal cardstock
• Dark teal cardstock
• Light blue cardstock
• ColorCutter® MP Sky Blue

Directions:

1. Score and fold medium teal cardstock to finished size.
   
   
2. With ColorCutter® MP Sky Blue cut two strips of dark teal cardstock 11⁄2" x 81⁄2" and cut 2 strips of light blue cardstock 1" x 81⁄2", in a wave pattern.
   
   
3. Adhere to card using adhesive, see picture for placement.
   
   
4.  Embellish with glitter, charms and your choice of ribbon.
