I selected a light blue cardstock for the background, added the my adorable photo, handwrote the title, and added 3 birds glittered flowers to add color and dimension.

I used both the border punch and a circle punch for the lace edging.  Alternate the color squares and used rub-on swirls.  Paper flowers attached with brads finished the edge of the rub-ons.

The titles were made with Sizzix Sizzlits letters, and stickers.  I chose not to mat the pictures so they would appear to blend into the background paper. I used small rubber stamped letters to label the divers in each of the pictures.
