I was so happy to got this little sew mach. That when i saw it on your wipe site i just had to have it. I was just very unhappy that it did not come with a AC adopter . But that was ok with me i thought i can just call the company and fine out how i can get one it's been 3 inhalf weeks and the airhead company has not even tried ,i have called them and they just tell me just email your proublem when i talk to a person that is just not very nice . So hsn i have been with yall for many years and i would hate to leave you but if these is how yall going to have people saleing item on live to TV and not even have everthing that you need that is just not very nice . So i hope in the furter yall get everthing and don't got item like these . I had to go to radio shack for AC adopter.

I just got it today, and I can't wait to use it. It tooks about 5 minute to figured it out, very simple for a beginner like me. Works Great!!

I bought this product so I could make linings for some small crochet projects. I broke the first needle trying to get it working. Once I got it working properly it worked fine and the projects are complete.
