I love the presentation on the TV but when I got it in the mail, it didn't work at all. It never punched through and made of cheap plastic. I feel like I will break it. I do not recommend this to anyone.

I have made lots of these little puzzles from pictures. My grandkids think it great to have a puzzle of themselves. Please sell additional packages of the foam boards. The ones that come with the machine are a little thinner than sticky-backed foam from the crafts stores and therefore they work better.

This item does not work as well as it does in the video presentation. I had to get the first one exchanged and when the replacement came in, it worked even worse than the original. Do not waste your time or money on this item. It does not work! It is a kid's toy.

I was very disappointed with this product. Great concept, but needs to be improved. Made of cheap plastic, foam gets hung up in cutting surface, and if not place exactly in edge of inside cutting surface, watch out. Picture will be destroyed. Sent it back with regrets. Hopefully Ecstasy will revamp the product and make it better. The idea is really a good one. Too expensive for quality.
