Can you say BLING? I chose girly pictures for a frilly page. I stamped flourishes, then traced with glue and sprinkled seed beads. Then I distressed various cardstock and placed 3x3 pictures on it, with a larger pic framed in tulle held together with jewel brads. I added jewel butterflies, bookplates, flowers with jewel centers, and fairy stickers. I punched the corners for a final touch.
