used Cosmo Crickett paper Dutch Girl , took a die cut frame and cut it in half to use at the top of the page to frame the word Joy.. tied ribbon on one side of it , sanded my photos on the edges to give it the "worn" look to match the feel of the paper. added buttons and ribbons to the other side! TFL!!
