I used 2 cardstock with top layer and two sided color cut 1 inche shorter than bottom layer folded to make pocket. Glue right and bottom side to bottom layer. Globe and numbers are cut with the circut machine. Globe top is sparked vellum. Base is raised up with dots. Picture is pasted on pocket under the globe. Numbers are outlined with silver gel pen. Tag is finished off with letter stickers, jewels and ribbon.
