I am blown away at the capabilities of this machine! It is so cool to watch it cut and draw with such perfection. I was comfortable with the software from the get-go because it is similar to the graphic and digitizing software I use for machine embroidery. I emailed Pazzle's customer serv regarding some questions about supplies. They responded quickly and when I made a follow-up call, the representative was very helpful and patient with all of my questions. I must say that I am tickled pink!

LOVE IT!... Anonymous , WA Rating

Follow the instruction and learn how to get around by watching the CD. Make a note if you need to....it helps....or you can simply go back and watch the CD. It took me less than 1 hour....to make my very first cut! Soo much fun............I can not wait to do more cutting with my new Pazzles

Too Difficult for the Money... Anonymous , IL Rating

I never got a manual with the machine and was told by Pazzles that it would cost me $25 to get one and they took an age to get back to me with that information. The machine is not intuitive and sometimes does crazy cuts. I tried to cut puzzles and never was able to make a usable one. Good idea but needs much better customer support. Perhaps it should come with an instructional DVD and call HSN right away if you did not get an instruction book!

Difficult to opperate w/computer. Slow cutting. I believe its overpriced for what it does. I could use a swivel exacto knife and get it done same time and have a non-mechanical look.

My pazzle arrived last night decided to wait until the morning before attempting what looked to be an overwhelming set up procedure. boy was i wrong.set up was a breeze.followed the directions,got the updates from the web site, in about an hour i was cutting out my first piece!30 minutes later i was using the pen tool! this machine is amzazing.what used to take me hours and hours, now only takes a few minutes. i would highly recommend to anyone who does card making or scrapbooking
