POOR QUALITY CONTROL / Ms. Bee, LA4/17/2008 I received my thread stand yesterday. It was very dirty with grime and dirt on the bottom of both pieces. Needless to say I was EXTREMELY disappointed and upset. I am very disappointed in HSN''s quality control on this particular item. It is definitely an item that has been used and returned. Well, I am returning it also. I will purchase another one from another vendor. Shame on you HSN for shipping this item out.
Great Thread Stand / Christy, CO3/28/2008 I am delighted with this thread stand. It was easy to assemble and I have used it already for 3 embroidery projects. It was so nice to have all the threads ready to thread through my embroidery machine. I put on different sizes of thread cones including very large ones and it kept the threads running through the machine with even tension. Smaller spools like the Sulky spools would do well on the horizonal feeder and they include 2 horizontal spool pins. Also,the stand was stable.
