The colors of these chalks are great. I had taken a demo class on their use at a craft fair and was glad to see HSN carry the chalks. But the cards I made still smeared a LOT even 24 hours later! I am disappointed because the "no-smear idea" was the reason I bought them!It would have been nice to get some instructions or helpful hints with them.Nice to buy if you just want for the colors.
Still love HSN anyway!

I love these pastels. They work wonders on paper. The great thing is there is no need to spray them, they set themselves. The benefits of these pastels is you can use them on any paper. They are first class all the way. The colors are easy to blend with the brush. They also work great with my stamping projects. I did scratch the top off to start them up with my stylus. You need to break the seal and get them a little powered, and you can put them on any paper surface. Worth the money...

I use this for scrapping and cardmaking. I tried several kinds of chalk and they all smeared and left a mess. But this is wonderful. You can erase any small smears for 5 minutes. I used the smaller set, and now want more.. And the price is right.
