I used the Glitter Stack DCWV Paper as the background. I corner cut the pictures and mats with the Fiskars corner punch. I used the Xyron Personal Cutter to cut the letters, the tag and the tuxedo. I used curly paper clip to attach the fibers. I typed the journaling on my computer, cut it into stips and matted it.
