Shocking!!!!

I ordered all three sets thinking that it'll be about 12 in each set. Well I was shocked to see three very slim packets with no weight to it in came in a huge box. I am horrified that HSN charges so much for shipping then they combine all the orders in one and yet we have to pay for each packet individually.
I am very disgusted but will not return it. The items are appealing but very scant in the amount.

I ordered 3 sets of these-I will also call on the SHIPPING CHARGES!It was one order-yet they charged seperate Tax on each one-plus,shipping on EACH -INDIVIDUALLY!! & put it in a BIG BOX--which could of gone in an evelope!I payed $ 10.00 just for the shipping of this!

I can't understand the shipping charge on these We R Memory Keepers items! They're virtually weightless-you could mail them in a standard envelope! A huge kit full of heavy papers, etc. is only $4.95 s/h. I emailed CS, but got a generic reply about how s/h charges are based on weight and distance shipped, etc. etc. I thought that it surely was a misprint, but evidently not. I'll never order a $3.00 item that costs more than twice that to ship! I'd really love an explanation...

I would order some of the different designer eyelets and snaps, but not with the cost of S&H. Why are the items that weigh the lease cost the most for S&H????
