Cut paper to 12x6. attached picture. Cut out strip of red cardstock paper and punched stars. Cut another piece of cardstick into square and stamped a star onto it. Added brads to attach paper and stamped around embellishment. Cut uneven corners of cardstock paper to attach to corners of picture.
